We will determine the appropriate shipping costs and make you an offer.
A purchase is only concluded when you agree to our offer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via our store system.
Important Notice Regarding Shipping Within the EU
Dear Customers and Guests,
Due to new EU guidelines and legal requirements regarding packaging regulations, we are unfortunately unable to offer direct shipping to other EU countries at this time.
We deeply regret this restriction and ask for your understanding.
Shipping within Germany and to Switzerland will, of course, continue as usual. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are also still possible.
However, for customers from other EU countries, there is a possible alternative: In Germany, various service providers specialize in forwarding packages abroad. These providers will give you a German shipping address to which we can send your order.
The respective service provider will then handle the forwarding of your package to the desired destination country.
Please note that the arrangement and handling of such a forwarding service take place directly between you and the respective provider.
