How can I complain about an item?
  • Write us an email with a short description and a picture of the damage.
  • We will contact you immediately during our business hours.
  • If the material damage is justified, you will receive a replacement immediately.
  • The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use.

How can I return an item?
  • Please return the item to us at your expense.
  • Enclose an informal letter with the reason, your e-mail address and your bank details.
  • We will immediately transfer the amount to you and send you the credit note (PDf) by email.

  • We manufacture some of the tools ourselves or have individual parts manufactured for us.
